Attitude is your style of reacting to changes in your environment, are you in control of your attitude, or is it easy to pull you into a fit?
You can have a positive attitude and accept the changes in your life and in society and be happy, if you realize that changes are inevitable.
It is not helpful to get into a fit because something changed and you are angry about it, it does not make it go away or changes what happened. All you do with that kind of attitude is hurting yourself and the people around you, who have no influence of the occurrence anyway.
The better approach is to ask for feedback and see what others think about it. Stay calm and try to figure out what made you feel this way. Are you too attached to some ways, or are you open minded?
How can you apply the changes into your life positively. Get into the Attitude of Gratitude. If one door closes another opens and new opportunities can arise, be on the look out for those new opportunities, if changes occur and give them a chance to unfold.
Your attitude is your business and your business alone, nobody can change the way you react to certain circumstances but you. Your mental energy is to precious to be wasted in an effort to change back what already happened. Save your energy for other more appropriate projects than being angry, sorry, or frustrated.
If you look around you, you find reasons to be thankful for, concentrate on those and let go of everything that could sour your life, bring some sunshine in other peoples life's and be happy.
