Beacause you will more than likely not be this successful and this will ultimately damper your motivation; not what we want. To stay motivated, read about the real weight loss stories where somebody lost a couple pounds a week over a long period of time to reach their target weight. Read about how somebody used a rigorous exercise routine and strict eating habits to achieve their weight loss goal. Read the ones where they struggled and at times even cried but still managed to finish on top because they stuck to their plan. Success stories are much more motivational when they involve are real people getting real results without the use of miracle drugs. These will motivate you because it can help you realize that everybody struggles just as you have and it is very much possible to shed the weight you hate. Something else to avoid when trying to lose weight is overwhelming yourself with an impossible schedule that nobody can keep up with. Start small. Baby steps. Exercise a couple times a week. Allow yourself a snack every now and then. Then get tougher and tougher on your schedule.
