Victoria is a city in the Canadian province of British Columbia. It is, in fact, the capital of that province. With a total population of about 74,000 people, Victoria is the thirteenth most populous city in the province.

Meanwhile, the Crystal Gardens and Miniature World allow you to enjoy the time-honored British tradition of afternoon tea.
