Get Mad Hops to Posterize defenders!
Dunking, anyone six feet and under knows the frustration of not being able to dunk. Or getting so close, but not close enough. Some players will never no the feeling. Some who can dunk say they feel like they are flying or soaring like a bird. When Jordan was asked if he thinks he can fly he said "Yeah, for a little bit"
The feeling basically is indescribable if you haven't done it. Don't get me wrong there are moves in basketball that have feelings similar. Being able to make someone trip from your crossover and pretty much destroying the defender's confidence in guarding you like Iverson does on a regular basis. Hitting that J in someone's face or even better to win the game which made Jordan and Kobe infamous. We all no that things in life that make us feel at our greatest, are the things that people say we will never do and prove them wrong. In this case it's dunking.
Just imagine faking the J, crossing up the next defender and rising up to posterize the center. The crowd or your boys on the sideline go crazy, screaming their heads off because they saw something that they will never forget. I get goose bumps just thinking about it, a baller's dream!
In all the years I have played ball I have seen tons of products that "say" they will make you dunk, but if you about it the only way you get anything you want in life is hard work and dedication. If want something you got to be willing to put in the work and effort. I've seen everything from strength shoes to magical pills that make you jump higher with little or no effort. It's all crap! What you need is drills and a workout regiment. The only thing I have seen that is worthwhile is Go Up Strong.
Go Up Strong is a series of drills that are easy to execute. Drills that have to be performed in a certain order to recieve the performance you want. Basically, Go Up Strong says that if you can touch the net you have the potential to dunk.
