So, another thing to drink, and a lot is coffee. We all know this is a buster, and will help your organism speed up. So do not limit yourself to one coffee per day, make it three or four. Be careful though not to use any sugar or milk. Drink black coffee or caffeine pills. An aspirin along with your coffee will speed up the organism even more, but this is very dangerous, so take extra care.
When one wants to burn more calories than usual, he exercises. You should do that as well. Try running, skipping rope, going to the gym. Doing exercise will make you burn calories and increase the metabolism. It can also make you loose apetite.
If you find yourself at a desk almost all day, there are some things to do as well to burn calories. Twitch your legs, arms, stand up a lot, do as much movement as you can. Also standing up straight is thought to help burn calories.
Replace food with other things that do not have any calories or fat. Chew gum, eat sugarless mint, drink plenty of water, ice tea or diet coke.
Another tip so find yourself very satisfied with your progress is to put a coin into a jar every time you resist eating something. When the jar fills up, this will give you a feeling of stisfaction, make you feel proud. Giving money away to other people or organization that help people stay skinny is another great thought that could help you.
Music can also affect the way you eat. For example, if you listen to fast, angry music while eating, will determine you to eat more and faster. Instead try to listen to slower music, and relax while eating.
If you indeed cannot resist the temptation and must eat some sweets, try eating them in the morning. This will allow you to have more time to burn those calories and will stop you from wanting to eat some more later.
Another thing that should not allarm you is if you are feeling hungry. This is a good thing. Beeing hungry means that you are about to loose some weight, which, of course is a very good thing. So remember hunger is your friend, not your enemy.
Finally, one more thing you could do is eat in front of the mirror. If you look at yourself while eating and do not look what you see, this will tregger your mind into heating food. And you do not like what you see, because this is the reason why you do not eat in the first place.
So as you can see, there are lots and lots of things to do if you want to become anorexic. You only need now to fallow them.
