How can we know that our child may suffer from type 1 diabetes?
Type 1 diabetes is a very well known disease due its permanent existence in the body system and also the serie of procedures that involves. For instance, before meals the blood glucose levels should be less than 110 mg/dL 90-130 mg/dl, on the other hand, bedtime blood glucose levels need to be less than 120 mg/dL 110-150 mg/dL; HbA1c 4% to 6& less than 7%.
In conclusion, type 1 diabetes can become a serios affection if it is not cured with the appropriate treatment. Parents should pay attention to their children unusual behaviour and symptoms and should ask medical help in a short time. Only with medical treatment and a special diet, children who suffer from type 1 diabetes can have an easy life without any complications.
