Peanuts For Weight Loss

In this article I am going to discuss peanuts and how it can help you lose there are two lessons I want to discuss here.

And second I am going to show you how to use peanuts to charge up your metabolism

First fact-there was a recent article about peanuts that states that they are excellent diet foods, studies show that people who eat peanuts have lower cholesterol and heart disease than those who don't. Also because they satisfy your appetite you can use it as a weight control food! Or an appetite suppressant! Peanuts are high in anti oxidants , protein, vitamins, minerals and fats (the good kind also known as unsaturated fats). They are even purported to have a medicinal and healing property!

On the other side of the coin, the diet industry says the opposite! Such as it is high in cholesterol and that it will make you gain weight etc.

So who is wrong and who is right? Neither are, fact is peanuts are a natural food source so they are good for you in moderation! How you consume them determines how they benefit or harm you!

Peanuts will not harm you, even if you ate mounds of them, they will not harm you! They are natural and can only benefit you! There is in fact a peanut diet- which I don't recommend, simply because all fad diets don't work in the long term!

So how do you use peanuts to lose weight?

The key to losing weight is to keep your meals small but frequent! 300-400 calories 4-5 times a day will do wonders to slice away the body fat! Make sure you eat something every 2-3 hours-it could be anything small like nuts, carrots or celery!

You can use peanuts to provide those extra calories every 2-3 hours, so lets say you have 3 clean meals a day and you want to boost your metabolism without gaining weight, you can simply consume a handful of peanuts in between meals as follows

Snack -peanuts
Snack -peanuts
Snack -peanuts

That is all you need and you will set your metabolism on fire. Here is why it works
