How to get rid of love handles
If you are like most people I am sure you are sick and tired of looking at your self in the mirror and feeling down because you think you do not look good. Most people will do anything for that perfect body.
I am here to tell you how to get rid of love handles today. With my three easy to follow steps that I use each day you will see amazing results, and you will see your love handles go down in size.
Step 1: Running / Walking. Most people do not know that they have to run or walk for 30 minutes before fat even begins to burn off their body.
For my first you should run or walk for about 1 hour every day. Or you can switch and run for 30 minutes, and then walk for 30 minutes. Which ever seems easier for you.
This will help start the fat burning process, and this is a major player in to getting rid of your love handles. Doing this step alone will give you some very nice results.
Step 2: Sit Ups. I know a lot of you probably hate to do sit ups. I do to donít worry. I am sure you like myself have bought everything in the world to get rock solid abs, but your back still hurts. The key here is not to kill your self.
Do three sets of 20 Ab crunches, and slowly work your way up as you improve. I suggest you lay down on a met of some type to help support your back, or even place your feet on a chair this helps reduce the impact on your back, and allows for more comfort.
Step 3: Eating. This will probably be the hardest of all three. Everyone loves to eat food, and our body needs it. The key is to 1. Watch what we eat, and 2nd how much we eat. Personally I like to eat the south beach frozen food dinners. They seem to work really well for me, and my diet program.
Eat once in the morning. Have something small before you head out. In the afternoon have a nice lunch. A good salad is always nice to have, and for dinner always try to eat two veggies with the main meal.
