Stress can now be combated in a simple yet effective way.
What causes stress? Is it just a psychological and sociological phenomena, or is there something more to it. How does the body get affected? What is the role of attitude, mental fortitude to stress?
There are many answers to the questions, but very few actually solve the problem of stress. The reason is that every one tries to work only on the superficial level. Stress is felt when a person puts in lot of work and doesn’t have the time for personal life. By the time they come back from work, they are exhausted and tired. Long shifts, erratic working hours, pressure to deliver results, inhuman working conditions is some of the reasons cited for stress.
How do you motivate yourself in such stressful times? Should you follow the habits of greats, or do you need more exercises? Or does the answer lie in diet?
There are many options, but no program can really energize a person for a whole day, as they are all working only on some aspect of the body or mind. The important thing to notice is that many people lose steam after the first few hours of the day, and then make mistakes under stress.
