How is it Possible to Use Your Good Credit Rating To Put Cash In Your pocket?
How is it Possible to Use Your Good credit rating To Put Cash In Your Pocket?
Are you one of the 30% of Americans who has an excellent credit rating? Is it your belief that it's your obligation to have your bills paid in a timely fashion?Do you pay your bills first before yourself every Month? Then Congratulations!Youíre ahead of the game.
But before you pat yourself on the back too quickly, chances are there might be something wrong with this picture.Did you know in these days, people either seem to have cash or good credit, but rarely both.If youíre like most Americans who pay their bills on time, it's likely you have little cash at the end of the month to show for it.Youíre so busy paying your bills that you leave yourself with little to show at the end of the month.
Let me ask you a question.Has anyone ever taken the time to show you some possibilities that your excellent credit rating can be used to make Money to burn for you on a regular basis? You see, our system only shows you how to save Bucks with outstanding credit. But did you know that your excellent credit rating can also be used to make Cash for you?
Itís true. There are a lot of people just like you are now finding out that by using their perfect credit rating, it easily becomes a Money to burn-making property for them. Would you like to know how?
Well, one of the easiest ways would be to use your excellent credit rating out to someone who can pay you for the privilege.Obviously, this person may not have good credit or may not be able to leverage their credit. For example, say you have an associate who wants to buy a car, but they may not qualify for a loan because they have some credit problems. So, you could agree to co-sign for them in exchange for them paying you, say, dollars a month.Bam! You have just added to your monthly cash flow and given yourself a 0 dollar a year raise. All for merely signing a few pieces of paper!
Another idea, although a little more involved, would be to borrow some Money on your credit or from the bank at a low interest rate (thanks to your outstanding credit), and loan it out to people who have to borrow Funds but have the means and repay you.And as long as the payments are being paid in a timely fashion, your excellent credit will only get better. For example, you borrow 0 bucks from a credit card at 5% then loan that out to a friend who pays you 0-0 after one month.Of course, you might want to protect yourself by holding onto something valuable of his until he can reimburse you. Thatís also known as collateral.
Now, if those numbers seem small to you or if you would like to make more Funds with your good credit, you may want to consider Real Estate. As youíre probably aware, Real Estate is responsible for generating more millionaires than any other wealth vehicle. And just because the market may have changed a little bit recently, donít believe for a moment that There are a lot of people are not getting insanely wealthy by investing in it!Did you know that you can use your outstanding credit rating to potentially bring in hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars a month?Of course, if you invest the 'conventional way', the down part of that is that you would very likely have to worry about such 'fun' issues like rentals, tenants, clogged toilets, vacancies, etc.
Or would you? Did you realize that there are a few investors out there who would be happy to compensate you greatly for the use of your outstanding credit rating?Further, you could learn about Real Estate investing without having to pay for an expensive education with your time and Money!
So, if you are at all interested in using your outstanding credit to make Hard cash for you, I would encourage you to research things further, and before you know you will have Cash in your pocket, while continuing to enhance your outstanding credit rating further. I wish you well!!
