According to Perleberg, “For example, a 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe 4dr 4WD 1500 LS features a 00 purchase cash rebate or a 36-month, 3.9% purchase special financing offer. The 2007 version comes with exactly the same purchase cash-back rebate and an identical purchase finance offer.”
