A buyer’s guide to Sony VAIO laptops Series S and T
There are literally more than a few hundred laptop models available on the market. Even if you have done your homework, you have specified what your needs are and what your budget is, it’s still very hard to decide witch laptop to buy. The main problem with laptops is that you don’t get to buy them every day. For example, if you find out that the laptop you bought a few days ago is disappointing, you can’t just throw it and buy another one; you can do that with a bubblegum, a pack of cigarettes… but not with a laptop! For that reason, you have to be well informed and also very careful when you buy your next hi-tech toy! Of course, it would take a really huge book to describe all the laptops available on the market and by the time you would have finished reading it, I bet it would probably be outdated. So, instead of writing about each and every laptop on the market I will just give you what you need to know about the Sony VAIO S and T Series. Talking about the S series, the first thing that you need to know about those laptops is that they are mostly designed for maximum mobility. They are light, relatively small, pretty chic and above everything, very affordable. The battery life is very satisfying; under normal conditions it will last 4+ hours, something witch is not very common for laptops of this budget. Those laptops are equipped with wireless internet capabilities and finally, although the S series are not known for their performance, rest assured that they will fulfill your daily needs perfectly; unless you have mistaken them for NASA’s supercomputers of course… Jumping on the T series now… well, ill put it straight: if you have the money it takes to buy one then you would probably be a fool if you chose something else! Those state of the art, ultra – light, ultra – chic and ultra – portable laptops are definitely a good sample of what cutting edge technology means. Equipped with a Centrino processor, a 10.6” widescreen and with a battery life longer than 8.5 (!) hours those laptops exceed by far the expectations of even the most demanding laptop users! By the way, if you happen to buy one of them after reading this review and if you are so satisfied that you would like to thank me I would gladly accept one of them as a sign of appreciation!
