Army's Football team has never been a favorite of Sports Betting customers, but I had assumed that this was one week when America's favorite sportsbook Sportsbook would finally see some Cadet dollars flow in.

Those assumptions have proven correct as the Connecticut Huskies opened at -6.5, but the line has begun its drop and now sits at -5. Last Saturday Connecticut headed to South Florida to play the Bulls and a few of their players were a little thirsty the night before the game. They decided to go out and buy some beer and bring it back to the team hotel.

Coach Randy Edsall caught wind of the situation and promptly booted 5 players off the team and oh yes, the Huskies lost the game 38-16. Connecticut has now lost 3 of their last 4 as they welcome Army this Saturday.

Army has had an interesting season to date as they opened with a home loss against a terrible Arkansas State team, but they beat a good MAC team in Kent State. Next they head to the Lone Star State for two tough games against Big 12 Texas A & M and rapidly improving Baylor.

The Aggies had to stage a last second goal line stand to beat Army, yet this team headed right back to Texas the following Saturday and beat Baylor. Next was a home date with a bad Rice team, who pummeled are ground forces 48-14 and then last week destroyed Virginia Military 62-7.

Connecticut has simply owned Army the past 3 seasons outscoring them by a ridiculous 135-37 score and bettors do believe that the numbers don't lie. I'm not buying this theory!
