Which Laptop stood up to the demands of a Businesswoman
So what person does not eat in front of his or her computer? I might be talking about myself, but I’m always busy. I have to multitask. I drive, talk on the phone, and eat my breakfast all at the same time. So when it comes to doing work, I have to be able to do it on the go and multi task at the same time too. Three years ago I purchased my first laptop and I haven’t looked back since.
With a laptop I can be in the office, in my backyard, or at home and still working – still being productive. The first laptop I purchased was an HP Pavilion, it was great. I could write my papers anywhere and create my power point presentations while watching the kids. The only thing that the HP laptop lacked was durability, it was fairly obvious that the spilled cup of coffee had put the laptop out of commission and no second opinion would prove otherwise.
The second laptop that I bought was a Dell Inspiron. The Dell laptop was faster and a little lighter. Anytime that I had a question I simply called Dell and my solutions where presented with a curious smile on the other end of the phone. And with all the things that I do to the laptop it lasted quite well, I even had it upgraded, I added more ram so that I could run more applications; the upgrade was well worth it.
I was pleased with the Dell laptop, as I got a PDA and a new cell phone I suddenly needed blue tooth and firewire, and my laptop just did not have this new technology.
The best laptop that I’ve owned (and still do) is the Sony Vaio. It has everything. A firewire port, a USB port, wireless internet, TV out, and so on. It is really an amazing laptop. This laptop retailed for ,000 where I spent ,000 on the HP and ,300 on the Dell. But thanks to my friend I actually got this laptop for free. I know, I couldn’t believe it either at first. But I found this Internet Company that was just giving them away if I completed a few free offers. So I tried the offers, and 2 weeks later I got my brand new laptop in the mail.
So my advice to all new laptop seekers, before you spend money on your next laptop, check the internet, because you can probably get it for free; just as I did.
