Century Group announces growth plans

Bangalore based Century Building Industries Pvt. Ltd, the real estate arm of Century Group, has recently announced its foray into construction with the launch of their first
residential project-Century Corbel, situated on Bellary Road.

Contribution to Bangalore
The Group has contributed significantly to the development of Bangalore by providing land for various landmarks such as the Taj Residency, Manipal Centre, Diamond
District, Manipal Hospital and IBC Knowledge Park among others.
Century Group currently has over 5 million sqft of development under-progress with various leading builders in Bangalore city, which include townships, malls, commercial
complexes, residential developments and SEZ.
Century Corbel is a range of 2 & 3 bedroom apartments located on a 2 acres property and the total project cost will be Rs 24.00 crores.
In the reckoning
Century Group has identified land parcels from within its portfolio for development and has plans of developing around 1.5 million sqft amounting to Rs 250 crores in the next
18 months. Other projects in the immediate pipeline are a residential project on an 8 acre property on Mysore Road with around 650 two and three bedroom apartments, a
built-to-suit complex for a leading retail chain on Tumkur Road, a 80 room boutique hotel on Race Course Road and ultra-luxury apartments in Palace Orchards and
Koramangala.
Century Group has also forged an alliance with award winning Handel Architects, New York for the development of its ultra-luxury apartment buildings.
Handle Architects are the leading architects of luxury buildings in the world and have to their credit the design of renowned buildings such as Ritz Carlton, Washington DC,
The Millennium Place, Boston and Four Seasons Towers, San Francisco.
