A Fasting Retreat assures you that nothing can go wrong and that your Detox Fasting will do exactly what it should do without harming your body. You don’t have to fear a Fasting Retreat or Detox Fasting because they can do only good if kept under professional guidance. People have been doing it since ancient times. It even has religious connotations: Jesus stayed in the desert for forty days and he fasted (he cleansed himself both spiritually and physically). So, why not do it yourself?
