Further, the employees from Ford’s Louisville, Kentucky plant have received letter from the managers of the plant disclosing job cuts in connection with slowing the production of Ford Explorer. The letters did not mention the number of employees that will be affected by job cuts nonetheless; it disclosed that the employees would get 4 opportunities to abscond the company.

The Kentucky plant is responsible for the assembly of Ford car parts for Explorer. Ford Explorer proved to be a lasting best-seller.
