Vitamins? Why Would I Care About Vitamins?
Vitamins and immune system are the underdogs of the real health issues. When I hear professionals talk about health, I get too often lost in the long speeches of doctors and practitioners. After an hour I still wonder what to do to improve my health.
My friend lets keep it simple. Ok? Your body needs quality vitamins and minerals to function properly and repair itself.
Before large drugstores start to appear on city corners, there was Nature. After drugstores are gone and forgotten there will still be Nature. For billions of years Nature patiently evolved to this day and we are a part of it. The wisdom of Nature is in our genes and our DNA. Nature doesn't want your money nor to make a profit from you, unlike drugstores and the sickness business in general. Nature wants you to be fit and happy. (Why the heck do they sell chocolate bars and candies in drugstores?)
We better wake up and fast! The best way to defend yourself against the latest health trends or the newest taste of the month thrown at you via expensive advertisements is Knowledge.
Knowledge is power. With it you have choices. With ignorance, you don't have choices.
Yes, my friend if you are ignorant about the basic facts of health and where to get your daily vitamins and minerals, you are dead in the water. Why? Because you will be the next customer to rely on the latest new improved amazing discovery of the month to get healthy. Don't you wonder why there is so many sick people when you think about the multitude of improved, better and stronger formulas out there on the market? I will put it simply to you. Health-Sickness industry is Big business and they don't want you to become healthy!
Wake up and learn about vitamins and minerals. Take your health into your own hands. If not, someone will and not necessarily for your own good...
Vitamins and minerals for one thing are among the basic building blocks of our immune system.
When do you hear on television that you have to strengthen your immune system with vitamins and minerals? A strong immune system means a stronger health. Instead, you will hear most likely that it is the flu season and you better run to the drugstore to get a large supply of the new improved cough syrup etc. If you are hoping to learn about how to improve your health watching commercials, you better think again.
You can find health in quality food! Not in the new pills, not in the latest treatment discovery! What is the best food? The best food is the one found in its most natural state. The closest to its source. That's where you will find the best vitamins and minerals. Fresh natural fruits and vegetables are king. Fast food is way out of your league if you want to stay healthy. Devitalized food will build a devitalized body; it is as simple as that. It is simple as the phrase: "junk in, junk out" principle we hear so often when we talk about computers. Same principle applies to our body and to our health.
I like the K.I.S.S principle. "Keep It Simple Stupid". Lets go back to the basic. Go get your vitamins and minerals from unaltered food. The less cooked the better. Go for raw food if you can and as often as you can. More natural foods mean more quality vitamins and minerals, which means a better health for you.
Of course if you are badly deficient in some vitamins or minerals you can get natural supplements to give your body a chance to get back on his feet. But just for a while, don't do it on a regular basis. Believe me, for the long run you can find your daily requirement of vitamins and minerals in an intelligent choice over a variety of fresh foods.
Knowledge is power my friend. Quite simple.
