Is the FDA Protecting the Pharmaceutical Companies More Than You?
Back in the good old days, the FDA was created to protect the American public health by assuring that our drugs, food, biological products were safe. A lot has changed since the good old days. Now, big pharmaceutical companies have emerged as the large chip holders, and the FDA is worried more about protecting their profits than protecting our health.
The price of prescription medication in America is at an all time high. Many Americans are putting their health problems in the backseat in order to be able to make ends meet. More seniors are falling through the cracks of the new healthcare programs and receiving no financial help from the government. Why won’t the FDA let Americans buy their prescription medications from Canada, where price controls protect their citizens from outrageous prescription prices?
The FDA states that they will not allow importation from Canada because they cannot guarantee the quality of their medication. Everyone knows that’s not true. Most of the drugs on Canada’s shelves come from the same manufacturers that are shipping to the United States. It’s so unsafe that the governors of Boston and Springfield buy their city employees and welfare recipients prescription medication online from Canada. Its so unsafe that the US government; the number one importer of prescription medication from Canada; uses Canadian drugs to fill the prescriptions for our armed forces as well as to deliver humanitarian aid to foreign countries.
Since we all know that there is not thousands of Canadians dying from their prescription medication; the government has decided to pull out the terrorism card. They are trying to scare people away from Canada by saying that terrorists might target the Canadian drugs supply. The FDA has absolutely zero evidence that terrorist are or will target the Canadian drug market. We all know about all the terrorist attacks on Canada. This is a joke. Laughed at by all the governors and state officials who are ordering prescription medication from Canada and saving tons of money for there cities and states.
The FDA is not trying to protect the best interest of the American people, they are protecting the big pharmaceutical companies’ monopoly on the American drug market. If the FDA does not allow Americans to shop other markets that have price controls and ultimately much lower prices, big pharmaceutical companies can continue to charge as much as they want.
The governors of Boston, Springfield, and many other states have been able to see through the FDA’s lies, misinformation, and propaganda. Don’t allow a corrupt system to force you into wasting money on your prescription medication. Do what many American cities are doing; get your prescription medication from Canada.
