The reviews that I viewed for this are not so harmonious. Eharmony.com is a pivotal site for relationship building; however the basic difference between eharmony and orkut of hi5 is that the former charges money for it.

Apart from this, there must be care given to their existing customers especially through better response systems and even easy referral to their match ups.

Eharmony must learn that they are here to build relationships and not just pool in the money which some of their customers are tired of giving. This also initiates them to take new campaigns and even new avenues to fulfill not only their motive but also the dreams and expectations of their customers.
