The Redskins got past Jacksonville 36-30 in OT as a 3-point underdog last week. The combined score went well OVER the posted over/under total (34). The Giants were defeated by Seattle 42-30 last week as a 3.5-point underdog. The combined score went well OVER the posted over/under total (43). Washington is 2-2 SU, 2-2 ATS and 2-1-1 OU, and 7-2 ATS in its last 9 games. New York is 1-2 SU, 1-2 ATS and 2-1 OU, and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games at home. betED Line: Giants -240 (-4.5)(-115) Total: U (45)(-110) Bet this game! SUNDAY DALLAS AT PHILADELPHIA 4:15 PM FOX The Philadelphia Eagles host the Dallas Cowboys in a highly anticipated – and hyped – game that will feature Terrell Owens’ first trip back to Philadelphia. The fans at Lincoln Financial Field are sure to be in a hostile mood. The Cowboys ripped the Titans 45-14 as a 10-point favorite last week. The combined score went over the posted over/under total (37.5). The Eagles soared past the Green Bay Packers 31-9 last week as an 11.5-point favorite, covering the spread. The final score was UNDER the posted total of (49.5). Dallas is 2-1 SU, 2-1 ATS and 2-0-1 OU, and is 3-5-1 ATS in its last 9 games. Philadelphia is 3-1 SU, 3-1 ATS and 2-2 OU, and is 8-16 ATS in its last 24 games. betED Line: Eagles -130 (-2)(+100) Total: U (44)(-110) Bet this game! MLB: SATURDAY MINNESOTA AT OAKLAND 4:00 PM ESPN The Minnesota Twins try to stave off elimination when they visit the Oakland A’s in Game 3 of their playoff series. The Twins will go with RHP Brad Radke (0-0) on the mound, while the A’s counter with RHP Dan Haren (0-0). Radke (12-9, 4.32 ERA) no longer has the velocity he had before and must rely on hitting his spots. Haren (14-13, 4.12 ERA) was marred by inconsistency this season, but he put enough big performances together to suggest he's capable of shining on the big stage of October. betED Line: A's -153 (+133) Total:8.5 Bet this game! SATURDAY NY YANKEES AT DETROIT 8:00 PM ESPN After Wednesday’s rainout, the New York Yankees and Detroit Tigers will be playing twice in 36 hours. The Tigers will start LHP Kenny Rogers while the Yankees will have LHP Randy Johnson. Rogers (17-8, 3.84 ERA) doesn't exactly have a great postseason history, going 0-3 with an 8.85 ERA in nine playoff appearances. Johnson (17-11, 5.00 ERA) is the biggest question mark in the Yankees' rotation this October, as he hasn't pitched since Sept. 23 because of a herniated disc. betED Line:Tigers +140 (-160) Total: 9.5 Bet this game! NCAA Football SATURDAY 9 LSU AT 5 FLORIDA 3:30 PM CBS The LSU Tigers and Florida Gators will both be gunning for a victory when they meet at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium on Saturday. LSU beat Mississippi State 48-17 at home last week. The Tigers did not cover the 33-point spread at home, and the 65 points scored were OVER the posted total of 42. Florida's defense was the difference as the Gators knocked off Alabama 28-13 win last week. The Gators created a PUSH with the 15-point spread, and the 41 points scored were just OVER the posted total of 41. LSU is 4-1 SU, 3-1-1 ATS and 4-1 OU, and is 12-4-1 ATS in its last 17 games on the road. Florida is 5-0 SU, 3-2 ATS and 1-4 OU, and the total has gone UNDER in 5 of its last 6 games. betED Line: Florida (-1.5)(-110) Total: - Bet this game! SATURDAY 14 OKLAHOMA AT 7 TEXAS 3:30 PM ABC The Oklahoma Sooners and Texas Longhorns will both be trying to pick up a win on Saturday when they battle in this year's edition of the Red River Rivalry at the Cotton Bowl. The Sooners routed the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders 59-0 last week as a 9-point favorite. The game's final score sailed OVER the posted total of (45). The Longhorns beat Sam Houston State last week, scoring 42 points in the first half en route to a 56-3 victory. Oklahoma is 3-1 SU, 2-1-1 ATS and 3-1 OU, and is 4-1-1 ATS in its last 6 games. Texas is 4-1 SU, 2-2 ATS and 2-2 OU, and is 1-5 ATS in its last 6 games when playing Oklahoma. betED Line: Texas (-4.5)(-110) Total: - Bet this game!
